bathroom privacy excessive warmth
the bed offered comfort.
The bathroom lacked a proper door. A semi-transparent glass partition provided minimal privacy. the room was excessively warm despite attempts to adjust the air conditioning. It consistently reset to 28 degrees, a significant discomfort.

the location was excellent, close to the main train station. the breakfast buffet presented a good variety of choices. the room was quite spacious and nicely decorated.
the air conditioning did not function as expected. the temperature kept reverting to 26c, i think. this. i also noted the absence of a mini fridge in the standard room.

quiet room coffee machine great soundproofing convenient location
I found the location very convenient. It was a short walk to the railway station (about five minutes!). The soundproofing was excellent. I didn't hear any noise from outside. I appreciated having a coffee machine right in my room.
The WiFi was a bit slow, but it was still usable.

The breakfast had fresh meats, cheeses, fruit, bread, cereals, hot eggs, and sausages. The selection of vegan dishes was also notable. I really enjoyed the coffee available (especially the espresso!).

clean room comfortable bed helpful staff
the room was clean and equipped as advertised. i found the bed very comfortable and had an excellent night's sleep. the location is within walking distance to the train station. i found the staff very helpful .
the air conditioning was not working properly . the temperature kept reverting to 26c. this.

perfect english baggage service clean place great patio
The staff spoke perfect English! I left my baggage at reception on my last day. So convenient. The entire place was super clean and well kept. I enjoyed having drinks on the great patio outside.
The air conditioning was a bit too chilly when I first arrived.

my room had a modern interior and new furniture. the shower felt refreshing. the room was very clean, i note.

excellent experience
cute staff short walk vegan section smart bathroom
the reception staff were communicative and cute (i was like a regular guest). the christmas market was a short walk away. the breakfast spread had a nice vegan section. the smart bathroom had a toilet separation.
the open toilet and shower design provided no privacy if you are not alone in the room.

The staff were warm and helpful, even the housekeeper. they all spoke excellent english. i was able to leave my baggage at reception on my last day. This was very convenient.

the hotel is near the main train station. i had fast access to the u-bahn. it is super central. the hotel's location allows you to walk easily to many popular spots.
